1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and phdream16 ("phdream16," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the phdream16 website, mobile platform, and all associated gaming services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager through phdream16, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the phdream16 Platform.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the phdream16 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations and PAGCOR licensing guidelines applicable to online casino-style gaming.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of each gaming session.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of phdream16 or any of its affiliated entities, software providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the phdream16 Platform or any affiliated gaming service.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized responsible gaming authority.

phdream16 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the phdream16 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

When registering your phdream16 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.
• Keep your phdream16 login credentials – including your username and password – strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify phdream16 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your phdream16 account, whether or not authorized by you.

phdream16 implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued identification document (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license) and proof of address before withdrawals are processed. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may be restricted.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

phdream16 supports deposits and withdrawals through the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at phdream16's discretion.

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in your account settings.
• All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawal requests from verified phdream16 accounts are processed within one (1) business day. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within 60 minutes during normal operating hours.
• phdream16 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity is detected.
• Deposits made to your phdream16 account are non-refundable once wagering activity has commenced, except where required by applicable law or these Terms.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

phdream16 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the offer is made.

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• phdream16 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonus offers, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or exploitation of software errors, will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and may result in account closure.
• Only one bonus may be active on a phdream16 account at any given time unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only and may not be transferred between accounts.

6 Prohibited Conduct

Users of the phdream16 Platform are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including the use of stolen payment credentials, false identity documents, or chargeback abuse.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the phdream16 Platform's software or security systems.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal recreational gaming, including commercial exploitation or money laundering.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phdream16 staff or other users through any communication channel.

phdream16 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be in violation of these prohibitions, and to withhold any funds associated with such accounts pending investigation.

7 Intellectual Property

All content on the phdream16 Platform – including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements – is the exclusive property of phdream16 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phdream16 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of phdream16.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phdream16 and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical failures, service interruptions, or connectivity issues.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Decisions made by you in reliance on information provided on the Platform.
• Any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.

phdream16's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phdream16 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9 Responsible Gaming

phdream16 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all users of the Platform. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and we take our obligations in this area seriously.

• Players must be at least 21 years of age to access real-money gaming on phdream16, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations.
• phdream16 provides deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools accessible from your account settings.
• If you believe you may have a gambling problem, we strongly encourage you to use the self-exclusion feature available in your phdream16 account settings, which will prevent you from accessing the Platform for a period of your choosing.
• phdream16 cooperates with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework and will honor self-exclusion requests submitted through official PAGCOR channels.

10 Termination

phdream16 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Engagement in fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 6.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from you or from a recognized responsible gaming authority.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, match-fixing, or other illegal activity.

Upon termination of your account, phdream16 will return any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements and deduction of any amounts owed to phdream16. Accounts closed due to fraud or material breach of these Terms may have their balances forfeited pending investigation.

You may also close your phdream16 account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

11 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. phdream16 operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations, including those administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent phdream16 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.

12 Amendments

phdream16 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, phdream16 will notify registered users by posting a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address associated with your account.

The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice, which will be no less than seven (7) days after the notice is posted for material changes. Your continued use of the phdream16 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 10.
